Is this you?
WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE
You're the person everyone turns to when something needs to actually get done. You break ambiguous goals into concrete plans, hold people accountable without micromanaging, and stay calm when timelines compress or priorities shift. You're equally comfortable running a standup and presenting a status update to a C-suite.
You communicate fluently in English and Spanish (or Portuguese), you've managed stakeholders across different functions and time zones, and you bring the structured thinking and cross-cultural agility that make distributed teams deliver.
