Unify sales, marketing, and customer success; and make revenue predictable.

Are you a high-performance Latin American professional who lives in the intersection of data, process, and go-to-market strategy? We're looking for RevOps Managers who turn fragmented revenue teams into aligned, efficient, and scalable machines.

Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps)

Be the strategic right hand to the leaders who are building what's next.

Is this you?

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE

You speak the language of both the CRM and the boardroom. You're the person who looks at a leaky funnel and immediately knows whether it's a process problem, a data problem, or a handoff problem  –  and you fix all three. You don't just report on the numbers; you change them.

You communicate fluently in English and Spanish (or Portuguese), you've worked across sales, marketing, or customer success teams, and you understand that making revenue predictable for a North American company requires both analytical rigor and cross-cultural communication skills that only a bilingual professional can bring.

Role Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Revenue Operations Manager is the connective tissue of a company's go-to-market engine. You own the systems, processes, and data that align sales, marketing, and customer success, eliminating silos, improving visibility, and creating the operational foundation for predictable, scalable revenue growth.

What You'll Own

  • Design and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across the full customer lifecycle — from lead generation through renewal and expansion

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve the company's CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) — ensuring data integrity, workflow automation, and adoption across teams

  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and forecasting models that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance

  • Analyze revenue data to identify patterns, diagnose inefficiencies, and deliver actionable insights that influence go-to-market decisions

  • Own territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling in coordination with sales leadership

  • Manage the company's marketing and sales technology stack — evaluating tools, overseeing integrations, and ensuring systems talk to each other

  • Define and enforce data governance standards — ensuring clean, consistent, and trustworthy data across all revenue-related platforms

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to align processes, remove friction in handoffs, and improve conversion at every stage of the funnel

  • Lead RevOps projects end-to-end — from requirements gathering and tool implementation to rollout and training

  • Support go-to-market planning including pricing, segmentation, and campaign measurement frameworks

  • Prepare revenue reporting and analysis for executive leadership and, where applicable, board presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related go-to-market role

  • Bilingual or trilingual: professional fluency in English + Spanish and/or Portuguese — written and spoken — is required

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms — Salesforce or HubSpot required; additional tools a strong plus

  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with large datasets, building reports, and translating data into strategic recommendations

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments preferred

  • Proficiency with sales and marketing tech tools (Apollo, Outreach, Marketo, ZoomInfo, or similar)

  • Solid understanding of the full revenue funnel — from top-of-funnel demand generation through closed-won and customer success

  • Remote-ready: stable high-speed internet, professional home setup, and strong async communication habits

  • Available to work within North American time zones (EST to PST overlap)

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up environment

  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy

  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.)

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential

  • Exposure to investor relations, fundraising processes, or board management

  • Experience working in cross-cultural or international team environments

Cross-Cultural Edge

Your bilingual fluency and cross-cultural intelligence aren't a bonus here — they're the core of the value you bring. The companies that hire through LSP choose us precisely because of that edge.

What working with LSP pays

SALARY

USD 5,000.00/month

What the LATAM market pays for this role

A senior Revenue Operations Manager across Latin America's formal job market typically takes home the equivalent of around $2,500 USD/month. — after local taxes and deductions, and paid in a local currency exposed to inflation and exchange-rate swings. It's a strong salary by local standards. But it's capped by local market ceilings and quietly eroded by the currency it's paid in.

What an LSP placement pays

Through LSP, a placed Revenue Operations Manager earns $5,000 USD/month — a single, clear figure, paid in U.S. dollars, as an independent contractor. That's roughly double the local take-home for the same role, in a hard currency that holds its value, year after year. You're not being paid "a LATAM rate." You're being paid for the value you create.

HOW DO YOU GET PAID

You work as an independent contractor, with a contract directly between you and the company. You invoice for your work monthly (a nota fiscal or its local equivalent), and get paid in USD via Deel or Wise, No intermediary, no agency cut.
