Is this you?
WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE
You're the person who walks into a room and immediately sees what's broken, and already has three ideas for fixing it. You're systematic without being rigid, decisive without being reactive, and calm under pressure in a way that steadies everyone around you.
You communicate fluently in English and Spanish (or Portuguese), you know how to manage people across cultures and time zones, you bring the operational discipline that North American companies need, and the cross-cultural fluency that makes remote teams actually gel.
