Drive growth, build the brand, and move markets from anywhere in Latin America.

Are you a high-performance Latin American professional who turns strategy into campaigns, campaigns into results, and results into brand equity? We're looking for Marketing Managers who think in funnels and narratives at the same time, who are equally comfortable in a data dashboard and a creative brief, and who never confuse activity with impact.

Marketing Manager

Be the strategic right hand to the leaders who are building what's next.

Is this you?

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE

You own the full marketing picture. You can write a positioning statement in the morning, review paid media performance at noon, and brief a designer on a campaign asset by end of day. You understand that marketing's job is to generate demand and build trust, and you know which levers to pull for each.

You communicate fluently in English and Spanish (or Portuguese), you've run campaigns for international audiences, and you bring the cross-cultural fluency to speak to North American customers while staying rooted in Latin American talent and perspective. You don't wait to be told what to do next — you find the gap and fill it.

Role Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION

Marketing Managers are the engine behind brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You own the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes: working across content, digital, product, and sales to build pipelines and protect brand reputation. LSP matches your experience level with the right client opportunity, from growth-stage startups to established North American brands.

What You'll Own

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals — covering brand, demand generation, content, and digital channels

  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: brief, build, launch, measure, and optimize

  • Manage and grow digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and display advertising

  • Plan and oversee content marketing programs; editorial calendars, blog strategy, thought leadership, and SEO-driven content production

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics; translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors — briefing, reviewing, and holding them accountable to quality and deadlines

  • Own the marketing budget, allocate spend across channels, and optimize ROI across campaigns

  • Support lead generation and pipeline development in close coordination with the sales team

  • Build and maintain the brand's voice, visual identity standards, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints

  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends — surfacing opportunities and threats that should inform strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated ownership of campaigns, channels, or strategy

  • Bilingual or trilingual: professional fluency in English + Spanish and/or Portuguese — written and spoken — is required

  • Proven track record of planning and executing marketing programs that drove measurable business results

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Google Analytics, or similar)

  • Strong writing and communication skills — you can write crisp copy, a compelling brief, and a clear executive update

  • Analytical mindset: comfortable working with performance data, building reports, and making data-driven decisions

  • Experience managing external agencies or contractors and holding creative work to a high standard

  • Remote-ready: stable high-speed internet, professional home setup, and the self-discipline for async-first collaboration

  • Available to work within North American time zones (EST to PST overlap)

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up environment

  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy

  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.)

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential

  • Exposure to investor relations, fundraising processes, or board management

  • Experience working in cross-cultural or international team environments

What working with LSP pays

SALARY

USD 4,500.00/month

What the LATAM market pays for this role

A senior Marketing Manager across Latin America's formal job market typically takes home the equivalent of around $2,300 USD/month. — after local taxes and deductions, and paid in a local currency exposed to inflation and exchange-rate swings. It's a strong salary by local standards. But it's capped by local market ceilings and quietly eroded by the currency it's paid in.

What an LSP placement pays

Through LSP, a placed Marketing Manager earns $4,500 USD/month — a single, clear figure, paid in U.S. dollars, as an independent contractor. That's roughly double the local take-home for the same role, in a hard currency that holds its value, year after year. You're not being paid "a LATAM rate." You're being paid for the value you create.

HOW DO YOU GET PAID

You work as an independent contractor, with a contract directly between you and the company. You invoice for your work monthly (a nota fiscal or its local equivalent), and get paid in USD via Deel or Wise, No intermediary, no agency cut.
