Close deals, build relationships, and grow revenue from anywhere in Latin America.
Are you a high-performance Latin American professional who turns prospects into clients and clients into long-term partners? We're looking for Account Executives who combine sharp commercial instincts with genuine relationship-building — who know how to move a deal forward without pushing people away, and who consistently hit quota without cutting corners.

Account Executive
Be the strategic right hand to the leaders who are building what's next.
Is this you?
WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE
You love the hunt, but you're not just a closer. You listen before you pitch. You understand the prospect's business well enough to know when your solution is the right fit and when it isn't. You manage a pipeline with discipline, follow up without being annoying, and handle objections with confidence rather than anxiety.
You communicate fluently in English and Spanish (or Portuguese), you've sold into North American markets or worked alongside North American sales teams, and you bring the consultative approach and cross-cultural credibility that make buyers trust you fast. You've internalized the fundamentals and made them your own.
Role Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION
Account Executives are the revenue engine of a sales organization. You own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close — and you build the kind of client relationships that generate renewals and referrals long after the contract is signed. LSP matches your experience level with the right client opportunity, from high-velocity SMB roles to complex enterprise deals.
What You'll Own
-
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — prospecting, outreach, discovery, demo or presentation, proposal, negotiation, and close
-
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM at all times
-
Conduct thorough discovery conversations to understand each prospect's business challenges, decision-making process, and buying criteria
-
Deliver compelling product or service presentations tailored to the specific needs and priorities of each prospect
-
Develop and present proposals, pricing, and contracts — navigating procurement and legal processes to move deals across the finish line
-
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets — tracking your own performance against quota and adjusting activity levels proactively
-
Partner closely with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent experience throughout the buyer journey
-
Manage relationships with existing accounts to identify expansion opportunities, support renewals, and reduce churn risk
-
Represent the company at industry events, virtual conferences, or client meetings when needed
-
Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams based on what you hear in the field — win/loss patterns, objection trends, and competitive intelligence
-
Contribute to the refinement of sales processes, playbooks, and messaging alongside sales leadership
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
-
3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role — Account Executive, Sales Executive, or equivalent
-
Bilingual or trilingual: professional fluency in English + Spanish and/or Portuguese — written and spoken — is required
-
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
-
Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across different levels of an organization
-
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) — you keep your pipeline clean and your data accurate
-
Strong communication and active listening skills — you can run a discovery call, give a demo, and negotiate a contract with equal confidence
-
Consultative sales approach: you lead with questions, not pitches, and tailor every conversation to the buyer in front of you
-
Remote-ready: stable high-speed internet, professional home setup, and the self-discipline for async-first collaboration
-
Available to work within North American time zones (EST to PST overlap)
Nice to Have
-
Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
-
Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
-
Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.)
-
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
-
Exposure to investor relations, fundraising processes, or board management
-
Experience working in cross-cultural or international team environments

What working with LSP pays
SALARY
USD 4,000.00/month
What the LATAM market pays for this role
A senior Account Executive across Latin America's formal job market typically takes home the equivalent of around $1,900 USD/month. — after local taxes and deductions, and paid in a local currency exposed to inflation and exchange-rate swings. It's a strong salary by local standards. But it's capped by local market ceilings and quietly eroded by the currency it's paid in.
What an LSP placement pays
Through LSP, a placed Account Executive earns $4,000 USD/month — a single, clear figure, paid in U.S. dollars, as an independent contractor. That's roughly double the local take-home for the same role, in a hard currency that holds its value, year after year. You're not being paid "a LATAM rate." You're being paid for the value you create.
HOW DO YOU GET PAID
You work as an independent contractor, with a contract directly between you and the company. You invoice for your work monthly (a nota fiscal or its local equivalent), and get paid in USD via Deel or Wise, No intermediary, no agency cut.
